What will you learn during this Pilates Instructor Course?

This training introduces you to the essential foundations of the Pilates method, with a strong focus on movement control, breathing, core strength, mobility and postural alignment. You will learn how to build accessible and progressive sessions for different audiences while developing the technical and teaching skills needed to become a confident Pilates instructor.

This course is based on the essential principles of the Pilates method: centering, concentration, control, flow, precision and breathing. These principles help develop better body awareness, strengthen the deep muscles and improve movement quality. During the training, you learn how to integrate them into each exercise, explain them clearly and use them as a basis for teaching corrections.
Pilates fundamentals help you understand the body, alignment, breathing, the Powerhouse and beginner adaptations. They develop your ability to observe, correct, guide and build a coherent session. This foundation is essential for teaching Pilates and for progressing later towards other practices such as Reformer.
This course is suitable for people who want to become Pilates instructors or add Pilates to an existing activity in fitness, coaching or wellness. You will learn how to adapt exercises to different audiences and build safe, progressive sessions in studios, gyms, private coaching, small groups or wellness settings.

Our team can help you understand the steps and documents required for your application. Instalment payment may also be offered depending on the available terms.
